WPGUMC members and staff are involved in a variety of caring ministries.  We extend these ministries to all who are in need of care and support.   People involved in these ministries offer encouragement, practical support, and prayer to people in need.

Prayer Ministry
An active and devoted prayer chain receives, prays over, and follows up on dozens of prayer requests each week.  Submit a prayer request

Communion Available to Homebound
Our Lay Chaplains will take communion to people who are unable to receive it at church due to physical limitations.   If you or someone you know would benefit from this ministry, please contact the church office (651-738-0305).

Care Notes
CareNotes are self-help brochures which address a variety of topics.  These Christian pamphlets can be helpful to those going through many of life’s trials and losses.  Brochures for adults and teens are located in the Woodbury Campus Commons.

Support Groups
Ongoing support groups provide comfort, compassion, and support for people dealing with life situations.  Support Groups Meeting at WPGUMC
